XIM 400 White is an ultra premium solvent based primer, sealer and bonder developed to solve many painting problems. It provides excellent adhesion, sealing and bonding on many hard to coat surfaces like PVC plastic, fiberglass, glass, tile, porcelain, aluminum, copper and brass. It can be used for both interior and exterior surfaces and can be top coated with oil/alkyd or latex finish paints.
