This single component moisture cured urethane clear reacts with the moisture in the air crosslinking the liquid into a tough, flexible, resilient coating. Provides excellent abrasion resistance and good chemical resistance on wood or concrete surfaces that are exposed to high abuse. Performs well as sealer or finish on warehouse floors and aisles. Stops dusting, staining, and improves housekeeping.  Recommended for high abuse areas of wood, concrete floors, and aisles, gym floors, warehouses, manufacturing areas, schools and garage floors
