Spar-Marine Gloss Varnish is a clear exterior coating, formulated with tung oil and UV absorbers (UVA). It provides a flexible finish that withstands weathering due to sun, water and salt spray. Spar Marine Varnish provides an extremely durable coating for all exterior wood surfaces, such as fences, railings, lawn furniture, doors, boats, and marine surfaces. Spar Marine Varnish may be used in interior applications where added protection is necessary, such as interior window sills. Requires no sealer on new wood and may be applied over previously varnished, lacquered, or stained surfaces which are free of waxes, silicones, household greases, or other substances which would impair adhesion.
