Studio Finishes Glow In The Dark Effect is a premium topcoat that glows in the dark. It takes only five minutes of bright light to activate the glow in the dark effect. Although intensity of glow is dependent on the number of coats, the glow time will last approximately 20 minutes.  For use on previously painted surfaces, including ceilings, walls and trim.  Use wherever a glow in the dark finish is desired.
