Allpro Border Over Vinyl Adhesive bonds vinyl to plaster, wood, paper and other vinyls. It can be used over Mylar® and foil wallcoverings and difficult surfaces such as Formica®, glass, metal and plastic. Use along seams in addition to your standard adhesive to obtain superior holding power. Great for repairing edges and seams. Can also be used for applying borders to any surface including existing vinyl coverings.
